What forms of payment can I take advantage of to make my purchase?
Payments for orders within Argentina:
Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and through MercadoPago.
Cash: PagoFácil, Rapipago through the MercadoPago platform.
Others/Payment for order made outside Argentina: to inquire about other forms of payment including checks and bank transfers, please contact us by phone or mail.
Where can I see the objects in person?

What is the shipping cost?
For shipments in CABA the shipping cost is free. For orders to the rest of the country, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the distance (kilometers) to the delivery address. For orders outside of CABA, please contact us before making the purchase to estimate the cost: email@example.com. They will also be able to withdraw the purchase from the premises from Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Shipping insurance is optional and is quoted outside of the order, please contact us by mail.
How long does it take for my purchase to arrive?
The delivery time will depend on the type of object and the delivery distance. In general, the delay is between 5 and 7 business days after the payment is credited for CABA and GBA.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, if you are interested in buying any of our objects from another country, please contact us by phone or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
What is the deadline to exchange a purchase?
If you are not satisfied with the work, you can request an exchange or refund of your money up to 15 days after the purchase is made. They must be in the same condition in which they were delivered.
What should I do if my order does not arrive in good condition?
In case the objects are not in the conditions that you expected, please write to us at email@example.com describing the problem and attaching the corresponding photos. We will evaluate your case as soon as possible and we will contact you to indicate how to proceed with the exchange or return.
